The origin of Shirley'sChichashroom dates back to the year 2017 when the owner, Mrs. Shirley
Bermudo Malinao, experimented on the raw oyster mushrooms if viable to be a
healthy substitute to the traditional pork chicharon, holding the same flavor
and taste. The finished product was proven to be feasible and the business
operation started as home-based and traditional in practice.
Shirley's
Chichashroom products are now sold in some malls in Makati and San Juan. It is also being sold by our trusted resellers in
different parts of Cavite and Metro Manila.

Enterprise endeavors to modernize its operations, to create more
mushroom-based products, and to reach
different markets in the entire country in the coming years.
